What different forms of payment do we have?


The most flexible way to make a payment, stripe support more then 135 currencies and accept all major debit and credit cards from customers all over the world. More about Stripe on their web page.


In Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Germany and Finland you can choose to pay with Klarna.

With Klarna we offer different payment solutions. You can read more about them directly on Klarna‘s website.


With a PayPal account, you will be able to easily pay with your e-mail address and password. If you do not already have a PayPal account, you can create it by clicking here.

What if you have problems with payments?

If you experience problems with ordering on our website, it may be because you are trying to pay with a card issuer or payment method that we currently do not support. If none of these are applicable, please check with your bank to make sure your card supports international purchases.

VAT, taxes and duties

This store is based in Finland, therefore within the EU e-commerce. When you are browsing the store, please select the country to where your order is to be delivered. When you select country of delivery, Finnish VAT will automatically apply to any country within the EU. As well, Finnish VAT will automatically be deducted for any non-EU country.
The VAT-correction of prices applies automatically to every price in the store once you’ve selected “delivery country.”
For most products the Finnish VAT is 24%. Exceptions: for food products 14% and for books 10%.


Has my order been placed?

We will send an order confirmation to the email address you provided as soon as your order has been registered in our system. Please note that it may take up to an hour for this email to be sent.
Once your order has been packaged and sent from our warehouse, you will also receive a delivery confirmation that will let you trace your parcel.

Where do we deliver?

We offer fast shipping worldwide! We have provided delivery details for 50+ countries and adding more location. Delivery fees depends on the shipping country and the package size.

Currently we do not deliver to Ukraine, Belarus and Russia.

How do we deliver?

At the moment we use two delivery options: Fedex for all countries outside EU and for some EU countries too. To deliver in Scandinavia and most of the EU countries we use Post Office.

When will be the order sent?

For products we have in stock, the actual delivery time is usually between 5 to 14 days (depending on the destination country) after shipping.

Orders normally have a dispatch time of 1-3 working days.

In case of delay we will inform you as soon as possible.

Some products are shipped only in few weeks since order due to availability.

We ship products only Monday to Friday. Dispatch times don’t include Saturdays, Sundays and major Finnish holidays. Please see our checkout page for shipping options and delivery times to your country.

How fast the oder is going to be delivered?

Usually delivery will take from 7 up to 14 days. However, in some case it might be longer due to custom and etc. In order to get packages before Christmas we recommend to place order not later then 1 December.

Can be the shipping address changed?

If you want to change your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible by hello@aurorashop.fi In order to keep our fast delivery times, your order is processed as soon as it has entered our system. Once your order has been processed, we cannot make any changes. We can therefore not guarantee that we will be able to make the change for you.

How to track the order?

Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, we will send a delivery confirmation by email with tracking number / package ID. By clicking the tracking link in the delivery confirmation, you will be directed to the tracking page where you will be able to track your parcel.

What if package have not been delivered?

If you have not received your order within the promised time frame, please contact us so we can resolve the issue for you. Please note that a missing parcel claim must be reported to us within 30 days from the day that you placed the order.

Where is my package now?
